Kivyetu Kwetu Charitable Trust
The Kivyetu Kwetu Charitable Trust is a Kenyan based non profit organization. We exist to provide practical and timely solutions to emerging issues affecting rural communities in Kenya. We work with, and for rural Kenyan people. Those Kenyan people who live on farms, working the land, growing food crops, keeping livestock, and tending the land. These other Kenyan people, who live off-farm in small rural townships earning their livelihoods as alternative entrepreneurs.
Our mission
The mission of Kivyetu Kwetu Charitable Trust is to create projects, program, initiatives, and opportunities of impact that lead to rural regeneration, thus fostering thriving, healthy, and wealthy rural Kenyan people.
Volunteers needed
The Kwetu Community Center project urgently requires on-site volunteers with expertise in IT/Web maintenance, grant writing, fund-raising, strategic communications, building and construction, engineering, community builders, global networkers, rural regeneration strategists, multidisciplinary faculties and cross-cultural trainers from around the world.
